The country house is located on Terracina's hills, with a beautiful view on the coast and surrounded by private land. The land includes olive trees, fig trees, almond trees and lemon trees.

A private road leads to the villa elegantly set in a 2.000 square meters (21.000 square feet) park with pine trees, cypresses, stone oaks and blooming oleander trees.

Constructed in natural stone, the country house is very comfortable and has been, over the years, decorated with much attention to detail. It lies in a protected "green area", a real oasis of peace - although the center of Terracina and the coast are just 10 minutes drive away.

The living room (50 square meters - 539 square feet) has a 13 square meter dining area (140 square feet) and an open-plan 30 square meter kitchen (323 square feet). From the living room and the kitchen you have beautiful views on the sea and incredible sunsets.

ABOUT TERRACINA

Terracina (50,000 inhabitants) lies in a bay is well known for its balanced microclimate (the average temperatures in autumn and winter vary from 12 and 25 Degree Celsius. Summer, June and September from 28 and 35 Degree Celsius.)

> 120km south lies the famous Amalfi Coast (Positano etc.), Pompei, Capri and Ischia,

> 30km from the coast are the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene.

> 100km north of Terracina is Rome with the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. The airports are easily reachable by train and car.

Latina (1/2 hour away from Casa Terracina) is set to have its own airport which will relieve congestion on the two Roman airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. Latina airport will act as a charter and low cost flights airport and will be linked to the capital with much improved transport system.
